![]() ![]() If you're not into raising sims, there's not much you can really do about it, though. In that case of emergency, the demon butler scoops in to rescue her, because you're a horrible father. You gotta be sure you raised certain stats (like fencing, magic, etc), though, or you'll just fail at it all the time. It's sort of a tack on (Sega made the recommendation, because they needed more RPGs for the system), but it's good for a change of pace. It also has an RPG element to it when you send her on an adventure. The sprites are just adorable no matter what she's doing. Even when I sent her to the cabaret(?) job once, she wasn't very good at it, and the animation of her dropping stuff with the bunny ears was still cute. The little animations for school and jobs are a nice touch and adorable. I can really only talk for PM2, because its the one I've played the most over the years considering how old it is. The look was sort of generic and it didn't have the same charm, I think. ![]() PM5 is one of the weaker titles of the series, though I didn't exactly finish it. The one he's talking about of her being a prostitute is her in the nude and 'taking customers'. No, the sleazy bar job ending is her in this pinkish colored dress, I believe. What a hell of a unique game that was!Īlthough I'm fairly certain what they're referring to is the ending where you work at a nighttime bar - still a bad ending, but a far cry from raising a prostitute. Elemental Gearbolt is one of my favorite games of all time. I guess if I haven't introduced myself before, I love what you guys are doing, and what you did before with Working Designs. There's no need to play any of the previous entries because they're all unrelated, and this is really the last and only chance for the series to exist in America, since it seems the developer has abandoned it.īasically, it just seems the perfect candidate.ĮDIT: Sorry for my first post being a game request, by the way. ![]() The studio name attached to it would be sure to draw fans, too. ![]() Great and complex gameplay, top-notch music and artwork, and a fanbase that's seriously starved of games in the genre. Despite this, none of the games have been released in the West officially, so this would be the first release. It's a niche game, but the series has a good number of dedicated fans on the internet, as the popularity of the unofficially-released english PM2 translation indicates. Of all the games on the PSP that deserve a localization, I think this one's really at the top of the list. As much as I enjoy lurking this forum, I haven't been able to get this game off my mind for years, and I don't see it mentioned pretty much ever. ![]()
